Do I get my money back if I am not satisfied?
After the end of first module and before the start of second module, for whatever reason, if you are not satisfied, you get your full refund back. All you have to do is send us an email to ioana@alchemistleader.com and within 7 days you will get a full refund.
How to pay?
Payment is made online, by credit card (preferred). If you do not have money available on your card at the time of registration, you can choose the bank transfer option and you will then receive by e-mail all the necessary details to be able to make the payment by bank deposit, or by payment order. You can also pay in cash at our office in Bld. Mareșal Averescu 26-28, sect1, Bucharest.
When does the programme take place?
As some of the programs are Live Online, please respect the communicated time slots. If you have registered, paid and cannot participate online – you will receive the registration links by email later. In this case, you will be able to email questions for any queries.
Can I download videos from the server?
Yes – you will be able to download some of the recorded lessons.
What does access mean for the next 10 years?
If you sign up for any of our programs, you’ll have access to records for the next 10 years. By paying a one-time, one-time fee, you can view/hear this program whenever you want, anytime, anywhere.
